PAC (Program Analisa Coolant)

Abstract


PAC is a theoretical development model that is useful in reducing costs for a company and also provides tool options that are easy for each company to use in providing supporting analysis data for engineers in a company who want to carry out coolant analysis. The Coolant Analysis Program contains various types of analysis where predictive analysis of the pH change value of the coolant also provides analysis of changes in TDS values in the system and contains potential failure which provides supporting data in the form of the origin of abnormal changes in TDS and pH values in the coolant. This research has a qualitative type with a variety of data collection in the form of observation, literature study and experimental. Meanwhile, for data analysis, it adapts descriptive analysis and complementary theory. The results of this research show that a change in the pH value of 1 scale will result in a dilution of more than 10% and also a change in the TDS value explains the change in the condition of a particle, whether it is an ion or a material. Meanwhile, the potential failure table produces 9 combinations of events based on changes in each tool value used in it. When using potential failure, users must carry out monitoring beforehand because new trend data will appear after monitoring is carried out therein.
