Abstract


The main problem in Batuah village is that the village profile and the potential of Batuah village have not been published in a structured manner, besides that the service process to the community is still done conventionally, the existence of information technology as the front line in optimizing the provision of excellent service to the community has not been maximized. In order to overcome these problems, the team developed the Batuah village website and developed an excellent service application system to then provide training to village staff, RT heads and Batuah community members for the process of using the two applications. the impact of the implementation of the two applications is that benefits are obtained, the community is easier to get services and does not have to come to the village office to get services, service time becomes shorter and there is no more queue buildup, Batuah village residents who need a cover letter or certificate can This can be done anywhere because the system is based online, as well as the implementation of Health protocols in anticipation of the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic can be maximized.
