Analisis Pemetaan Menggunakan ArcGIS dan AutoCad Di Area Perbatasan

Abstract

In accordance with Law no. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, districts/cities have full authority to manage their territory. This makes territorial boundaries something important. Provisions for determining and confirming land and sea boundaries have been regulated in Permendagri No. 76 of 2012, including regulating the base map used to determine the boundaries of marine area management. The purpose of this research is to analyze land changes in the area of PT Inhutani Nunukan. Direct measurements using Garmin 76 CSx and 62 CS type GPS devices with data processing using AutoCAD and ArcGIS applications. The measurement and mapping results show that the area of the residential area is 19,393 Ha, the area of green open space is 0,540 Ha or equivalent to 5394,313 m². It is known that the hotel area is 0.145 Ha or the equivalent of 454.431 m², and the office area is 1.435 Ha or the equivalent of 14358.398 m². Public and social facilities area of 1,375 Ha or the equivalent of 13,738,705 m², mess area of 1,830 Ha or the equivalent of 18,292,675 m², and educational facilities of 0,465 Ha or the equivalent of 4,653,861 m² were also mapped. The identified market area is 0.832 Ha or the equivalent of 8321.291 m², the terminal area is 0.499 Ha or the equivalent of 4.990.441 m2, while the vacant land is 0.214 Ha or the equivalent of 2.142.659 m². Finally it was also identified that the BNI housing area is 0,190 Ha or equivalent to 1,896,766 m². Then the total area = 26,929 Ha or equal to 269,259,159 m².
