PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) TERHADAP CITRA PERUSAHAAN (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat Sekitar PT Rea Kaltim Plantations)

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi Corporae Social Responsibility (CSR) dari aspek sosial, aspek ekonomi, dan aspek lingkungan terhadap citra perusahaan di masyarakat sekitar PT Rea Kaltim Plantations. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden yang merupakan masyarakat sekitar PT Rea Kaltim Plantations. Metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan  bahwa aspek sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan, aspek ekonomi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan, dan aspek lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan. Secara bersamaan aspek sosial, aspek ekonomi, dan aspek lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan.
