PENILAIAN KONDISI JALAN METODE PCI, SDI, DAN IRI PADA JALAN POROS SAMARINDA - BONTANG

Abstract


Penggunaan jalan khususnya di wilayah Kota Samarinda pada ruas jalan poros Samarinda - Bontang terus meningkat akibat pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kota serta laju penduduk. Dengan padatnya jumlah kendaraan yang melaluinya setiap hari jalan ini mengalami kerusakan permukaan jalan. Penilaian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai kondisi permukaan poros Samarinda - Bontang sepanjang 27,5 km. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI), metode Surface Distress Index (SDI), dan metode International Roughness Index (IRI) dengan aplikasi RoadLab Pro. Survei dilakukan dengan total panjang jalan adalah 14.1 km. Hasil penilaian dari metode PCI, pada Jl. Ahmad Yani 2 didominasi oleh kondisi baik menurut PCI dan sedang menurut SDI juga IRI. Pada Jl. DI Panjaitan didominasi oleh kondisi baik menurut PCI dan SDI namun kondisi sedang menurut IRI. Untuk Jl. Poros Samarinda-Bontang Segmen 1 didominasi oleh kondisi baik menurut PCI juga SDI dan kondisi sedang menurut IRI. Untuk segmen 2 didominasi oleh kondisi rusak ringan menurut PCI dan kondisi sedang menurut SDI juga IRI. Untuk segmen 3 didominasi oleh rusak berat menurut IRI dan kondisi sedang menurut SDI dan IRI. Untuk segmen 4 didominasi oleh rusak berat menurut PCI juga SDI dan rusak ringan menurut IRI
