ANALISA SIMPANG TENGKAWANG KOTA SAMARINDA BERDASARKAN PKJI 2014 DAN APLIKASI VISSIM 9.0

Abstract


Simpang Tengkawang yaitu simpang bersinyal di Jalan Tengkawang, Jalan Teuku Umar, Jalan M.Said, Jalan M.T Haryono merupakan salah satu simpang yang cukup padat di kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kinerja simpang tersebut menggunakan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI 2014) dan disimulasikan dengan software VISSIM (Verkehr Städten SIMulationsmodell), dengan pengambilan data primer berupa survei yang dilakukan selama tiga hari pada jam sibuk. Analisis simpang, volume kendaraan dan cycle time menggunakan pemodelan VISSIM. Hasil perhitungan dengan metode PKJI diperoleh bahwa analisa kinerja simpang dengan nilai Tingkat Pelayanan F (gerak maju kendaraan tersendat dan waktu siklus yang panjang) dengan nilai tundaan rata-rata 73,08 detik/skr. Dan hasil  simulasi VISSIM diperolah kinerja simpang dengan nilai tingkat pelayanan E (aliran tidak stabil penundaan yang tak tertahankan) dengan nilai tundaan rata-rata 72,04 detik. Kinerja ruas jalan untuk ketiga lengan pada perhitungan PKJI memiliki nilai Level Of Service C dan Level Of Service D untuk lengan jalan M.Said, pada simulasi VISSIM memiliki nilai Level Of Service E untuk keempat lengan. Maka kondisi Simpang Tengkawang saat ini dalam kondisi tidak baik.
