Penanganan Kelongsoran Di Jalan Soekarno-Hatta KM 55 Samarinda-Balikpapan Kalimantan Timur

Abstract


Jalan Soekarno-Hatta merupakan salah satu ruas jalan dari dan menuju Samarinda atau Balikpapan dengan kondisi sepanjang jalan bukit dan lereng, yang berpotensi terjadi kelongsoran. Pada Km. 55 mengalami kelongsoran rotasi, sampai mengenai badan jalan sepanjang ±24,27 m, sehingga menyebabkan penyempitan jalan arah Samarinda, sehingga membahayakan bagi pengguna jalan. Maka, perlu dilakukan penanganan kelongsoran dengan membuat dinding penahan tanah tipe kantilever setinggi 5 meter.  Setelah dilakukan pendimensian dinding penahan tanah maka perlu pengecekan stabilitas terhadap geser, guling, daya dukung dan kelongsoran. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa angka keamanan terhadap geser memenuhi sebesar 2,62, demikian juga aman terhadap guling 2,54 dan daya dukung ijin tanah (qa) sebesar 482,37 kPa lebih besar dari  tegangan kontak maksimum (qmax) sebesar 149,89 kPa (memenuhi) serta  kelongsoran sebesar 0,864 lebih kecil dari angka keamanan yang disyaratkan 1,5, maka nilai kelongsoran tidak memenuhi, sehingga perlu dipasang pondasi tiang pancang beton berdiameter 40 cm dengan kedalaman 4 meter sebanyak 5 buah per meter.
